A Digital Service

NoxBot is a digital service operated by Thomas Hetznecker & Mario Wulden GbR. Access to the bot and dashboard is provided to you immediately and continuously for the duration of your subscription. All payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

Immediate Access & Right of Withdrawal

When you complete a purchase, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once provision has begun.

This is in accordance with § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which exclude the right of withdrawal for digital content and services once their provision has started with the consumer’s prior express consent. Paddle collects this consent from you at checkout.

No Refunds for Started Periods

Because access is provided immediately and the right of withdrawal does not apply, payments for a subscription period that has already started are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then, and you are not charged again afterwards. No partial refund is issued for the remainder of the period.

Plan Changes

If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the difference within the running period.

Your Statutory Rights Remain Unaffected

This policy does not limit your mandatory statutory rights. In particular, if the digital service is defective or is not provided as agreed, you retain your statutory rights under §§ 327 ff. BGB (including rights to subsequent performance, price reduction, or termination). If something does not work as it should, contact us first so we can fix it.

Goodwill Refunds

Beyond your statutory rights, we may grant a refund at our discretion — for example, where a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service. Such goodwill refunds do not create any entitlement to future refunds.

How to Request a Refund or Support

Contact us at support@swisser.dev, or use Paddle’s billing portal linked in your purchase receipt. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
