These Terms of Service govern your use of NoxBot, a Discord bot and management dashboard operated by Thomas Hetznecker & Mario Wulden GbR at noxbot.de. By logging in or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must authenticate via Discord OAuth and be at least 16 years old to use NoxBot. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are authorised to manage the Discord servers you connect.

The Service

NoxBot provides a Discord bot and a web dashboard with modules for moderation, automation, leveling, welcome messages, tickets, and related community-management features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Subscription Plans & Payment

NoxBot offers a Free plan, a paid Premium plan (7.99 € per month per server), and a Custom Bot plan (9.99 € per month per server). Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

All payments are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and invoicing. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use NoxBot to:

  • engage in illegal conduct or share unlawful or harmful content
  • attempt unauthorised access to the service or other accounts
  • distribute malware or disrupt our infrastructure
  • reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and configurations you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory statutory consumer rights and liability for intent or gross negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved by the competent German courts. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
