Fun

Light mini-games and novelty commands - magic 8-ball, dice, rock paper scissors, trivia and would-you-rather.

The fun module adds a handful of light commands to keep your chat lively. They use built-in content, so they always work without any setup or API keys.

Fun commands are on by default. You can turn the whole module off, or hide individual games, on the Fun page in your dashboard.

Games

  • /8ball question: — ask a yes/no question and get a classic magic 8-ball answer.
  • /roll [dice] — roll dice using simple notation like 2d6 or d20 (defaults to a single six-sided die).
  • /rps choice: — play rock paper scissors against the bot.
  • /trivia — get a random multiple-choice question. Tap an answer button to see if you were right. A short per-user cooldown and anti-repeat keep it from being spammed. Turn on AI questions (needs an OpenAI key) for an endless, on-language pool instead of the built-in set. Use /trivia group:true to start a group round for the whole channel: everyone votes by button for a few seconds, then the answer is revealed with the result and winners.
  • /wyr — get a “would you rather” question to spark a discussion.

Settings

On the Fun page you have a master switch plus one toggle per game, so you can keep only the games you want.
