Logging
Send a clean audit trail of server events to the channels you choose.
Logging records what happens on your server as rich embeds in dedicated log channels. Each category can go to its own channel, so you can split moderation logs from message logs and keep noise out of the way.
Log categories
| Category | Tracks | Accent |
|---|---|---|
| Members | joins, leaves, nickname & role changes | green / red |
| Messages | deletions, edits, bulk deletes | blue |
| Moderation | bans and unbans | red |
| Channels | channel create / delete / update | yellow |
| Roles | role create / delete / update | purple |
| Voice | join / leave / move / mute / deafen | cyan |
Setup
- Open Logging in the server sidebar.
- For each category you want, toggle it on and pick a target text channel.
- Save. Events start flowing into the chosen channels within a couple of seconds.
Categories are independent - enable only what you need. Leaving a category off means those events are never logged.
Requirements
- The bot needs View Channel and Send Messages in every target channel.
- Member and message events require the matching privileged intents (see Getting Started).
Embeds follow your server’s configured language automatically.
